Virtual Mediconnect – Refund Policy

VMC will refund 100% Money Back in case the call does not take place because of any technical issue or if the doctor does not responds.  VMC will not refund any money in case the “person seeking medical advice” does not call despite a scheduled call.
VMC IVR system will be used to determine the failure point for the call.
VMC will refund the money within 7 working days to the account from which the payment was made.

Cancellation Policy

User reserves the right to cancel his/her appointment.  The appointment needs to be cancelled before 6 hours of call.
